FINANCE ANALYST – TAX AND AP Full-time Job

• Comply with monthly tax declaration / filing, and ensure monthly tax payments are within the timeline
• Reconcile Reimbursable and Contra Account for each Line of Business (LOB)
• Ensure PO’s under Finance’s responsibility are created with correct information ad within budget, or accruals are posted if actual
charges are not available.
• Ensure the whole AP process are in place, payments to vendors are within the terms and no outstanding AP matters more than 30 days
• Monitor the monthly list of Fixed Assets and conduct the asset verification annually as per company policy
• Ensure that month end process of accrual, re class, reversal and others are completed prior to system close.
Job Requirements:
| • BA Degree holder in Accountancy/Finance • Logistics / shipping knowledge • Good technical Accounting and Finance knowledge, analytical and interpretation of data • Local Tax Law and Regulation • Good understanding of the finance processes and priorities • Proficient in Microsoft excel and computer applications • Ability to work under pressure • Good spoken and written English skills • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Commitment to task • Adherence to policy and procedures • Computer literacy, MS Office • Advance Excel • Additional accounting package |
