1. Timely and accurate prepare and process cash advance request and payment voucher
2. Follow-up all advance request for settlement
3. Ensure that all necessary supporting documents are attached to every voucher
4. Do Weekly petty cash forecasting report for replenishment
5. Do Monthly and weekly cash count reports
6. Do Monthly cash reconciliation
7. Amortizations for all productions have to be made timely to move production cost
8. Accrued own production at month-end and reconciliation of Prepaid Own Production

1. Good knowledge of Accounting
2. Good computer literacy : SUN System, and Ms. Office
3. Good interpersonal skill
4. Detail oriented, Hardworking, Able to work under pressure
5. Pay attention in detail, Fast learning
