• Provide good support on tablet, desktop & network.
• Independently implement new change or maintain computer network to ensure confidentiality, and availability of system as well as data.
• Daily administrative service on server (local & cloud) and security appliance to ensure availability and high security.
• Well manage all IT related assets and accessories.
• Train user on basic IT security to build security awareness.
• Actively participate in mentoring and coaching activities.
• Perform appropriate task assigned by supervisor

• Bachelor Degree in IT field or equivalent professional qualification.
• Working experiences in IT at least one year or above. Special skills are preferred: managing Cisco devices, Windows Server & Linux.
• Quick adapt to new technology and apply into workplace to improve productivity.
• Possess honesty, commitment, and good inter-personal skill.
• Willing to travel to province.
