1. Bachelor Degree in Marketing or related field

2. 2 – 3 years’ experience in supervisory store (retail)

3. Product comprehension (baby products)

4. Good at leading a team achievement

5. Management Skill (in-store operation)

6. Good at in-store planning & organizing

7. Problem-solving skill
