Roles & Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare summary of month-end reports, verify budget recording and submit to Accounting & Financial departments (Head Office)
  2. Direct and verify process of internal transfer and Non-Trade purchases
  3. Monitor Non-Trade ordering payment process to comply with company’s policies
  4. Monitor and prepare accuracy of summary of store petty cash
  5. Verify accuracy of Daily Sales reports
  6. Verify accuracy of cash deposit report including coins and change
  7. Verify accuracy of fixed assets report, list of office equipments, and other office supplies requisition
  8. Verify other incomes reports i.e. Rental fee income
  9. Performs any other tasks not specified herewith as required by supervisor
  10. Verify money transfer from customers
  11. Issue recipes of Other Incomes
Job Requirements:

Education and/or Job Experience Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting field
  2. At least 3 years of experience, preferably in Accounting field
  3. Be able to work at th weekend
