- Timely and accurately issue monthly invoices after getting the data from sale admin and manual invoices.
- Ensure on-time delivery of invoices to clients by three working days of each month.
- Move differed revenue
- Do AR report working
- Call follow up clients
- Collect payment from clients ( checks and cash)
- Reconcile A/R report and clients’ statements
- Deposit checks and cash in bank
- Book monthly receipt
- Allocate Account Receivable
- Calculate agency rebate
- Book other revenue
- Accrued revenue sharing and sale commissions
- Calculate revenue sharing and interest charge of overdue amounts
- Issue reminding letters
- Reconcile monthly revenue between Finance Department (Invoicing) and
Sales Department (S.O).
